She made me feel judged and made no attempt to provide continuity of care or alternatives to my current medications. She was not friendly at all and did not explain what I should expect -- just told me to come back for blood work. No bed-side manner, she was not interested in what I had to say or what my concerns or needs were. I will never go back.

She forgot my referral and prescription for my medicine

she misdiagnosed me, gave me medication for the wrong thing and she didn't call me back to let me know that I shouldn't be using the medicine after the lab report came back. I actually called the office and asked for the lab results a couple of weeks after I had the lab done that's why I knew I had to go to a different doctor. Absolutely no follow up .She should have told me that I needed to be seen again because of the misdiagnosis or at least told me that I should be seen by a specialist. Also she made me feel foolish, she was very condescending and she and the assistant told me to get dressed and just walked out of the room and didn't return. I had to ask someone to ask her if it was okay to leave.

I felt like she didn't want to be at work that day she made me feel like I had to much going on so she didn't like the fact that I am so complex.so I ask for another Doc next time because I can't have a doctor that act like I am to much.i have severe case of Lupus and I have to have a doctor that understands me and that I can communicate with effectively without being made to feel like I am to much.i just felt like if my Lupus becomes severe she might over look something.she made me feel stupid because I was forgetting things.i have to have a doctor who is listening to me and I have to be able to communicate well with my doctor knowing that v she understands my disease.she just made me feel small cause I forgot some of my meds.i would rather not see her again. FIRST IMPRESSION is lasting.I left that day feeling horrible about my disease because I know it's alot but I didn't like being made to feel that way.i usually Don t do reviews but I felt the need to that's how bad I felt about the treatment and attitude displayed.Thank you.i might not look sick but I have alot going on and if the doctor feels like I'm to much I may very well die.

My last visit was the worst one in my almost 20 years at this practice. She did not treat me with empathy, she appeared annoyed when I asked to confirm my pharmacy (because the medical assistant did not), made no effort to connect when entering the exam room. My overall feel of the visit was being treated with disdain. I tearfully shared this with reception at check out and they were empathic and understanding. It doesn’t take a lot to be empathic and kind, and one would think that would be the case particularly in a medical office.

I did not like the provider Joanna. She's rude and abrasive. She walked into my well woman appointment and said "I guess I have no choice but to get this over with." Unacceptable commentary. In my annual exam she was not very welcoming either. Very dry and not like the other providers I've had over the last few years.
