When I can’t see Doctor Morton bc you keep her so busy that see can’t see her regular patients whenever we get sick so Kevin Baker is there next best person. He’s kind and very respectful. Very knowledgable man.

Don’t feel like he listened to me. Couldn’t answer some of my questions and made no effort to find out the answers. Communication skills in general could use improvement. He left the exam room towards the end of the appointment and I wasn’t sure if he was coming back or if the appointment was over.

Kevin Baker is an excellent PA. He listens well and he's very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I was unable to see him on my last visit. The entire practice was requiring the wearing of masks. This is very unscientific, as it is proven that masks don't stop viruses. I won't comply with wearing masks again. I walked out of the office without seeing Mr. Baker. I question the medical knowledge of the person(s) who made the mask decision for the entire building.

The friendliness factor wasn't there, he was rather straightforward, but he did the tests I needed, gave a diagnosis, and prescribed what was needed. Good service, only took a few points off bedside manner.
