As a patient who is disabled and has an amputated right leg I had to go in there a couple of times because I developed what could have been an ulcer on my stump. They set me up with a company to address this concern. The second time, I came into the office a few times and they cleaned and dressed my wound. They even called me at home to check in with me.

she is getiting ready to leave on maternity time. she has too many patients and does have other staff to help cover all the needs each patient needs. patient portal messages never answered. referral missed to gi dr despite multiple requests.' updated lab orders never given despite multiple requests and yet wanted at last appt. missing connection and assistance for novo disc program where I received my ozempic thru the office. need assistance filling out next application. lag in obtaining needed medication for diabetes control.
