Biography

Veronica Amenedo, PA-C, earned her Bachelor of Science in physician assistant studies at Baylor College of Medicine, completing her degree in 1989. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she joined Kelsey-Seybold’s Family Medicine department as a highly experienced board-certified physician assistant in January 2026.
Veronica starts every appointment by listening attentively to her patients’ health concerns and goals, putting them at the center of their care experience. As a Family Medicine physician assistant, she provides primary care to patients of all ages and specializes in adult and geriatric medicine, women’s healthcare, and obesity medicine. Veronica provides well checks and care for acute conditions, such as cough, colds, allergies, and infections, as well as chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and obesity. Veronica chose a career as a physician assistant to have the opportunity to help people feel better about themselves.
