She was supposed to call me after my blood work was done 10 months ago to give me my results. I even sent a message in Healow. Many many months later she wouldn't refill my prescription until I scheduled an appointment (which I had already done at my last visit). Every month I had to call and remind them I had an appointment scheduled. They eventually told me I needed to schedule an appointment to go over blood work because of some anomalies or she won’t refill the 90 day supply. That was the first I ever heard of it so I scheduled a televisit only for her to tell me everything looked fine.

She’s not a 20-something right out of school who acts like she knows more about me than I do. She was respectful of my own knowledge about me and my sometimes uncooperative body. Because Veronica was so pleasant, she treated me as if she had known me for a very long time and she was very thorough at what she did and she always told me what she was going to do before she did it. She is just such a pleasant person and I really like her.

very curt, not a people person. Told me generically what was my problem then exited the room and never came back to discuss what I was facing. Her assistant came back and handed me a paper that showed me what prescription that was phoned in and indicated what I needed to purchase separately. Thank God for the internet that explained everything!!!!

Friendly and unhurried manner - didn't feel rushed Listened to reason for visit. After examination and test, offered explanation for pain that had been experienced. Later called with result of blood test and possible need for change in prescription.
