My first visit with her, I had intended you use her as my new primary since Dr Madrano moved locations. She came in didn’t introduce herself and was very abrupt with me. I didn’t like her attitude at all and felt she was irritated to even be in the room. I will not be seeing her again.

I did not feel well and she saw me quickly, made comments after the exam. She always calm, thorough and tells me why and what meds she is recommending. She says Call me if you do not fell better.

This will be the second time I’ve seen her and the only word I can come up with is dismissive. I want a doctor to ask me the full scope of questions to get a better idea of what’s really going on instead of basically doubting how I’m feeling? I tried making an appt with another doc after my first experience and she was the only available for when I needed it. I won’t be returning. Felt like just another patient on her list for the day and not a human who really needed help / to be listened to.

I didn't think she was very attentive to me, she was very quick and didn't look the patient in the eye. I think this is essential when it comes to a doctor who is doing an annual check-up. When she did the abdominal exams, she didn't even ask me to lie down on the stretcher. I think she was in a hurry! I filled out the questionnaire about depression and anxiety and she didn't even pay attention to it. The nurse said she would look at it later, write it down on the chart and put it on the portal!

She prescribed me a medication that caused my heart to race. I thought I was having a heart attack. I read the side affects and it said that very same thing. It could cause heart attack and/or stroke. I have a heart condition and it is in my records. I am not sure if she even looked at that.
