I find Dr Prinsen very knowledgeable and approachable. She is warm, and I know she is always interested in keeping me healthy. I have always been impressed with how efficient she is. I love that she has a scribe so that she can look me in the eyes when she talks, instead of looking at her computer while she types. I was so impressed with Dr. Prinsen that my husband and son are also her patients. She makes us feel welcome and cared for whatever our problems…large or small. It is comforting to know that when we get sick, Dr Prinsen has left appointment slots open for emergencies. We have often gotten in to see her that day or the next. Bravo to Wellmed for a very professional, human office. We love it.

Dr Prinsen is so nice & considerate of all our needs. She listened when I was concerned of steroid reaction & researched the best eye drops for me to take instead because there was a worry about me having an infection in my eye. I recently had knee replacements & Dr didn’t want to take a chance on infection going to My knees. Another time, Dr Prinsen called my house pre-hurricane to tell me good news on a pathology report in case we lost power/phone service & didn’t want me to worry about it. It was a thank you God moment!

Dr. P clearly and effectively cares for her patients in concrete and understandable ways ... follows their progress and issues, is current on their situation when she meets with them; has a clearly articulated method of preparation for individual patient visits (I've discussed this with her from my perspective as a professional who sees clients on a regular basis). I could not be more pleased with Dr. P's patient care for my family ... since we chose her as our primary care physician in 2013 when we moved to [omitted] and needed to find a family physician.
