I have been seeing Dr. Carbon since she arrived at the clinic, she is the nicest person, always very pleasant, goes over my blood work with me, I felt so sorry for her when she had to call and tell me my biopsy was positive and I had cancer, but between the two of us we survived it. I would recommend her to anyone, now she had gone through me getting a pacemaker. Her staff is the greatest also. I am so lucky to have this team on my side.

She or her staff never got back to me when I was not feeling well at home. My first and second calls. The staff came back with a response from Dr. Carbon. But on the second day I was progressively feeling worse and now had a fever. I called the office again and told the staff about the fever and was promised twice that Dr. Carbon would respond to my concern. I called [omitted] to remind the staff that I have not heard back from Dr Carbon. They said Dr Carbon will respond. At the end of the day there was no response from either the staff or Dr Carbon. I eventually the next day visited a n Urgent Care facility to address my fever and my neck pains I was having.

I am the client's daughter and 24/7=365 caregiver. The provider knows I come prepared to the visits and with concerns, observations and ongoing-log of symptoms/situations affecting the Client's/Mothers health. I am very assertive and determine in the resolution of my mothers health concerns. Therefore, at times, there is very little she can add/contribute to the visit (rubber-stamping). Yet, she is open to discussion/resolutions.

I requested a recommendation to see a cardiologist on 3 separate occasions because of an irregular heartbeat for four months. Dr.Carbon changed my medication instead. This last time she set up an appt to have a Holger for one day. They made the appt with a cardiologist office but didn't send the referral to them so I had to wait for 2 hours. They gave me the holter to wear for 3 days as that is the minimum time needed to get a reading. I had to go to that cardiologis
