I've enjoyed Dr Gomez care. This visit included having gotten notice that Careplus and OPTUM were breaking off and Dr Gomez said something about Humana. I called Humana to continue using OPTUM and registered with them rather then start with a new doctor. I think that as of the first of the year that I will still be with OPTUM and Dr Gomez...

If I'm seeing my PCP for my Annual Exam, I know everything that it entails. If I see that only half of those things are done and my appointment is rushed, I then gave ZERO interest in seeing that provider again. He didn't speak to me about any lifestyle factors such as diet, exercise or smoking. He didn't do an actual pigtail examination other than to check my lungs. There was no discussion of or recommendation of vaccines or testing because of my age and health. This was also the 1st time that I've never had an EKG done. The average time for an Annual exam is 30-45 mins. My time with him was maybe 20mins. Complete waste of my time and insurance.
