Very thorough and professional. Got right on making a referral for strange spot on my upper lip. She also requested a prior approval for my Ozempic (2/2) but apparently there is a hold up somewhere because HEB has not received the okay to fill it. I've been out of my diabetes medication for over a month while changing over to an in-network primary provider, so I'm becoming concerned. I called the office today and they are checking on it. I hope this delay is not going to be a regular issue with the new RX service (Express Scripts).
