I feel like he did not treat my ear pain aggressively enough. He only prescribed ear drops and no oral antibiotics. I still have an earache and it is causing a headache and general pain.

Ezekiel was very kind and compassionate. I was having a very bad headache after concussion due to the bright lights. He dimmed the lights as soon as he was made aware. I’ve never had a treating provider do that before for me. I went from headache so bad I could barely open my eyes to able to open them and make eye contact like normal by the end of the visit. I felt very cared for in that moment.

I saw him last week. He thought i had a hernia, ultrasound showed an inflamed prostate, an antiflammatory was given to me, no pain medication given. I had to go the entire weekend in pain. On Monday they gave me a referral to a urologist who cannot see me for 2 weeks. Mr. Ezekiel still refusing to give me anything for the pain that I am still having. He and or his nurses have refused to respond to my calls.

I asked for an appointment with my doctor. I was not told that I would not be seeing my doctor. Ezekiel was nice, but he did not have the knowledge or training to answer the questions that I was specifically there to get answers to.

Dr. Bii answers my questions with clear explanations. He never seems to be in a hurry. When I cannot find medication that I need, Dr. Bii will take time to locate it. He is very cordial and concerned.
