Explains issues very well. Spent time with me and answered all my questions. Had issue with my blood pressure (white coat maybe) that prevented prescribing an Ed med. Took my blood pressure for several days and sent in my results to her. A very quick response and I got my prescription for Ed.

The last time I talked to her was the first time I felt like she heard me, I have been very angry and frustrated since WellMed came into the Picture, Desiree can't prescribe medicine, so she has to talk to somebody that has to talk to somebody and my calls were never returned. The reception just help me more than anybody telling people what I needed, but nobody ever responded until my last session with Desiree and that went OK, I do not want to see a doctor that cannot help me with my meds. They are my heart meds. I've always had to call in because I'm out and then they don't get filled when they need to be filled so I am moving all of my heart meds over to my cardiologist, I have too many heart problems in the last year for this to be a problem with the doctors office. I broke my back could not get any help from Dr Aseron and it has never been like that before I've gotten over the frustration I've gotten into pain management, but the lack of explaining things to me back just not has not happened. I also have horrible osteoporosis that I didn't even know I had and my surgeon asked me why my doctor did not advise me and I'm like I'm clueless. I don't know. I need to get something monthly and nothings happened yet I told them last time I talked to somebody , I'm going to try again to convey what I need this next session. The last session was better, but I still have needs.

I wanted to let you know of a situation that occurred on [omitted] at the WellMed in [omitted]. I have contacted the clinic myself, but the manager is on PTO. I also left a Google review that was deleted. I was going to the WellMed in Lancaster Texas, but decided to switch my husband and I to the one in [omitted] since it was closer to home. I’m already a patient of Wellmed and my husband is new. I had my appointment last week on [omitted]. I must say I was so happy when I left. I had been worried about my blood pressure and weight. The practitioner who saw me made me feel comfortable and I was in and out in 30 mins. My husband’s appointment was [omitted] and here’s what happened. He texted me about an insurance card, but I was driving and called him. When the line was answered, there was silence and then a woman says “hello” I look at my dash and see his picture, his name, and his phone number so I know I didn’t dial the wrong number. I said hello again and she said hello. I asked for Robert and her and my husband started laughing. I told them I didn’t think it was funny. She then tells me “Kassandra this is Desarea” I don’t care who she was, I didn’t think it’s funny for another woman to be answering my husband’s phone. I didn’t know Desiree and I was even on first name basis, during my visit I was [omitted]. I told my husband we would discuss it when he got home and ended the call. Now this situation is an emotional and mental trigger for me. Oh believe me, I informed my husband how I felt about this when he got home, but he still had a willing participant. You never know a person’s mental trigger or their emotional background. As a medical professional, why would Desarea Murray participate in making one of her patient’s wife jealous? She just met him that day and me the previous week how can you even be comfortable enough to joke with anyone in that nature? Now I’m sitting here thinking, how can I rely on her to make good medical decisions about my physical well being when she just threw my emotional and mental well being out the door. Where was the line drawn? I know my husband is very charismatic, comical and can influence the best of folks, but common sense, being a medical professional, and maintaining boundaries between doctor and patient is very important. And as a woman, why would you even think it would be funny to do that to another woman? I have since canceled my appointments at that clinic and am returning to my old clinic. I just wanted you all to be aware that your practitioners need to be aware that they are there to help emotionally and mentally, not tear a person down regardless of who they are sitting there with. Yes I am a very upset wife/patient. I've address this with my husband, now I expect someone to address this with Desarea before this happens with another patient.
