I didn't have a lot of experience with her. I overheard a conversation she was having with others in the office about me switching over from Avenshine. And him making her have to pick n choose so that along with her nurse standing over me possibly revealing some hippy related to my care turned me off. I wouldn't dare refer this office to my worst enemy.

April is a caring professional. She listens and provides backboard for me to express my need and condition. She et up my referrals and i have appts with each of them with in a week. They were very good as we had just relocated and are in middle of changing our medical caregivers and related issues in that area, Relieved and now very pleased to have that settled with USMD. April was the leader in that process and made the difference in us getting settled in very stressful time. we love the community and healthcare was a top priority.
