Jose Medrano, was very professional, kind, and courteous with me. My Dr. Jie Wu made the appointment with him for wound care. I was seen by Dr. Jie Wu on [omitted] because I had an accident due to a fall and she ordered home health care for me. I was seen by Jose Medrano on [omitted], to have stitches removed from my head and to change bandage on my arm. Jose Medrano saw that my arm had formed a bump and immediately put me on antibiotics and updated order with home health to come every 3 days. On [omitted] he saw that I was healing and released me back to Dr. Wu. I have appointment with her on [omitted].

In the number of visits that I have had with Mr. Medrano, there has never been a time when I left confused, not understanding or frustrated with his attentiveness & responses. I would rather visit with him anytime. I have been a Well Med patient for quite a few years. There are only 2 people that I will mention in which I have always received excellent care: Dr. Lopez (my very 1st contact & very sorry when he transferred to Houston), Astrid in Walk in Clinic, & Mr. Medrano. Many of the other visits somewhat frustrating especially visits with Mr Anaya in Walk In Clinic.
