Dr.Omesh Verma is never in a hurry he's like my heart doctor Dr.Alexander he takes his time and gives me what I need. Not a lot of medication only what will help me. It's hard to trust a doctor that's always in a hurry.

Rosa's incontinence supplies haven't been received due to forms not being filled out by Dr in 3 months, [omitted] Front desk clerk, Mefical assistant say forms were sent out and yet DME Tenderhearts hasn't received orders from Dr. Having to spend/purchase diapers,wipes,bed pads for 3 months. Not fair for a disabled, low fixed income patient. Hoping that will be cleared up by this month [omitted]. Have documented 5 phone calls on status of forms during these months and yet not cleared up
