It has been confirmed with witnesses that Dr. Hall has given me false psychiatric diagnosis as bipolar twice- and both times the psychiatric evaluation confirmed that I did not have that disorder nor did he ever consult with the psychiatrist as he said he did with both the male and female psychiatrist. He even had an office staff call me to say that she was present for one of the conversations regarding me with a lady Psychiatrist who I never had an evaluation by- or from- again there was a witness present on these virtual telemed appointments where he stated this to be factual that he talked to the psychiatrist after I had visited them and they agreed with him that I had bipolar disorder, and I refuse to take medication for it- he didn’t do this once, but he did it twice. Then he had as I said a lady named Julie who claimed to be from the practice itself and that she listened to the conversation he had with the lady Psychiatrist again who I never had a psychiatric evaluation by only Dr. Fish, who is male.- a couple days after because of my complaints to another physician regarding this outrageous disturbing behavior of Dr. Hall. I was advised I should report this to the Department of health and I had two follow ups with Dr. Fish regarding this in addition to emails outlining the entire episodes where I had a witness present and Dr. Hall even wanted to see that I really had someone at my home and in my room, where he was telling me this she was there helping me because I need assistance in doing things due to having function of my right hand only-, not only was she shocked at hearing this she was also present for my consult following up with Dr. Fish regarding this who he said Dr. Hall needed evaluated because of his behavior and false diagnosis- this has been very disturbing to me and very distressing because he has put this in my chart and I feel like because of that. I have been treated different by other professional medical personnel. It was removed at one point and then he put it back there again.- in the presence of my witness with Dr. Fish. Dr. Fish stated that it was he Dr. Hall that needed evaluated and agreed this was very abnormal behavior for any doctor or any person and he understood why I was so upset about it.

I called 6 weeks later and the staff said Dr Hall did not request labs for myself or my husband. We received them a week later.
