We are a big fan of Manish Parikh, we always like to see him, he's a very good doctor, but we will probably not change types of insurance if required to be able to continue with him as our primary care doctor. We have traditional Medicare and do not want to change from that.

Dr. Parikh is thorough, polite, engaging and cares about my WHOLE health. He goes out of his way to periodically go over ALL my meds with me, goes over "other" test results and shares his expertise. It IS however, very difficult to get an appointment with him unless you schedule months in advance. I lucked out this time because there was a cancellation. However, when I DO get in to see him, the visit is always well worth it!

I used to really like Dr. Parikh. I think he’s given up. He sees too many patients and can’t keep up with some he’s had for years. It’s near impossible to get an appointment with him. When you do, it’s rushed and low value. What good is a doctor who just checks a box and then gives up and passes you to an incompetent PA who has risked your life before by prescribing multiple antibiotics when not needed?

Dr Parikh will be increasingly hard to schedule an appointment since he is moving on to a more administrative role in the hospital. I expect a session with my PCP to last at least 15-20 minutes. This will become increasingly impossible with Dr Parikh. I will be forced to find a new PCP who has more time and is available when I need him/her.

Yes I like him about his simplicity In diagnosis & explanation. He is little conservative in proceeding with fast & harsh treatment or jumping on to referring surgeon. Last year I had severe pain in my legs. Then when I asked him if I should consult a specialist or surgeon. Then he said first I should go for therapy & then if not better then I should consult any surgeon. Because if u go to surgeon then naturally he will recommend surgery. So first try therapy & exercises. Consequently I was much much better from therapy. Since a year have been almost normal. So that’s why I like him. Like his ‘Slow & steady’ attitude. This saved me from surgery

Dr. Parikh seemed to understand my current position regarding certain aspects of personal healthcare and to take a sincere interest in getting to know me as a new patient. Also, he was honest in his view on why I should submit to having blood work and urine tests done that day even though I was in his clinic as a follow-up to a toe contusion from an ER visit. As a result, I have confidence in Dr. Parikh and even scheduled a physical exam in their clinic within the next year.
