I have only visited once. After additional visits, I will feel more comfortable referring my family, friends and colleagues Dr. Smbatt was very personable, professional, and it was easy for me to express my medical concerns with her. She exemplified a genuine concern for me, as a new patient. I am hopeful that she will be my permanent primary care physician. My second appointment is scheduled in November to review my recent bloodwork.

I can’t say enough good things about Karoon. She’s delightful and very interested in my care. She will have her nurse call me every day. If I need to see her I’ll write on the portal and I will have an appointment within 24 hours. Not many doctors will do that.

Overall, the doctor is always well prepared , she has consulted my chart prior to my visit , either in office or Tele visit. During the medical appointment she and I discuss all aspects of my medical care, including any referrals that I may need. She makes a habit of making sure that I have adequate refills for prescribed medication. I am very pleased with a level of care. I am receiving from Dr. Smbatt .
