She listens. She answers my questions and gives me the feeling that she is genuinely thoughtful and knowledgeable . She makes me feel my concerns are serious not silly. She is easy to trust because she can quickly think about and respond to my concerns and requests. It's important to me to believe the doctor I'm unloading on with some serious and some silly concerns is serious about my fears , my confusion, etc., and she does it respectfully
