Very difficult to get appointment with Dr. Berger because her schedule seems so busy. It has been 3 years since I actually got an appt to see her. Over the years I dealt mainly with Nurse Practioners

I came back to her now that I changed Insurance. I didn't care for the prior two doctors I had. Dr Gupta's office appointment had me waiting at times and hour to get seen. I never saw the second Dr only his PA & I didn't care for her service either. I finally requested to refer me to a specialist & then it took days to get that referral from her staff. Totally not acceptable.

lawyers and medical Dr's tend to over value their importance. They pretend to respect you. I recalled past situation where a particular result was discussed and a possible treatment. In a subsequent discussion the previous discussions were not remembered and it was implied that they did not happen. When I insisted that they did the dr became annoyed.

She spoke both Spanish and English. She answered all my questions and was thorough about checking my medications and bring me up to date with my immunizations. She had a very nice bedside manner. She cared about my needs and what I needed from her.

She comes in to the room and In a very happy attitude Introduce herself She sits down and explain every test procedures everything that she needs to explain to me. She explains detail by detail. Make sure that I understand everything I need to know. Make sure that I ask questions and she responds back to me. In a very positive attitude. Always with a smile on her face. Always leave the room with a positive attitude.

She reviews the patient's chart, asks thorough questions, follows up on any previous visits or results and findings, examines the patient thoroughly, explains suggested plan of care in terms that patient can understand in both English and Spanish. She answers all of your questions and confirms that you understand. She makes you feel welcome and not rushed.
