Dr. Walden is excellent. This was my first visit with her and I was extremely impressed. She shows great care for a patient. As I was a new patient, she has requested medical records and appointments have been scheduled for essential yearly mammogram and bone density scans. Having been at a past primary care practice where the provider did not care whatsoever about the patient, it was so refreshing to be seen and cared for. I have at last found my most wonderful primary care physician.

This was my first visit. I liked her very much. But it took me a LONG time to get an appointment. On a number of the previous questions I objet to how "WELLMED" was the subject. This was my first visit with Dr. Walden. She was replacing my retiring PCP who had been my doctor for 22 years, so I was uneasy about a new doctor. But she was awesome. I came away telling my husband that I really, really like her. She is thorough; she treats me with respect and values my comments and input; she is smart and knows alot about each thing we discussed; she told me the plan she has for me going forward; I never felt hurried to finish; she has a great manner about her; and, I came away feeling like I'm in great hands with her being my doctor. It makes me want to do whatever she tells me to do instead of continuing the search for a new doctor. I will be happy to tell this to anyone who asks or in any conversation about doctors (and there are always conversations about doctors). My search is over!!

Especially for us older folks, having a doctor to listen as well as understand our concerns and problems is paramount. Can't recall when Dr Arnouville left, possibly [omitted]? I had only a brief 1o minute visit with her sometime before she left. I did see a new male doctor in the interim before my first visitg with Walden. I saw Walden for the first time when she examined my wife. She said my lab work was good and it was not necessary see her until later. I saw Walden for my first visit about two ago; niot certain on the date. What seemed out of order to me was that it was at least one year between any type of physical exams I had with either with Arnouville or Walden. The countless logistical errors my wife and i have experienced with USMD, started about the time you moved from the Hogan Tower to Clearfork. I watch my health and stay informed with my team of excellent specialists.

Our first meeting with Dr. Walden. Although we arrived 20 minutes early for our 2 pm appointment by request to fill out paperwork we didn't see Dr. Walden until 3:10 pm after the nurse had us fill out a survey regarding our health. Dr. Walden apologized for being late & she proceeded to listen & ask questions of my wife & myself regarding any concerns we had regarding our health status. After stating that I had blood in my urine in the past & noting I hadn't seen a urologist since 2015 she recommended I see a urologist & offered to contact Dr. Shaws who is on staff @ USMD to set up an apointment. So far, I have not been contacted by Dr. Shaws for an appointment.
