Jose Lopez, MD

Jose Lopez, MD, believes trust between patients and providers is the foundation of successful medical care. Dr. Lopez strives to earn his patients' trust and build personal relationships with the families he serves.

His deep Christian faith marks Dr. Lopez's approach to health care. At each step in the care process, Dr. Lopez strives to treat his patients like family. He listens to their concerns and honors their unique histories. Dr. Lopez ensures his patients always receive the respect they deserve. He approaches each interaction with patience, compassion and a willingness to learn.

Dr. Lopez graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and completed his residency at CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital-Memorial in Corpus Christi, Texas. He is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Though born in Mexico, Dr. Lopez was raised in San Antonio. He's proud to serve as a health care provider in his home community. Dr. Lopez is married with three children. In his spare time, he enjoys attending his children's sports games and playing drums.
