Dr. Ngyuen is a very caring, compassionate professional. She recalled our discussion about my family situation from several months ago & asked how things may have changed, improved. She reviewed my medical history, conducted a thorough assessment and addressed ongoing medical issues, referring me to an hearing specialish, discontinuing unneeded meds, refilling others. She listens, takes time where needed and covers everything. I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking for a high-quality, caring provider.

I would recommend letting an adult female on medications aware that there would be no pregnancy test with the urine sample provided and all was good in knowledge with exception of mammogram information/ referral.

Dr. Nguyen does NOT answer messages on the portal. She referred me to the WRONG specialist and when I called and left a message on the portal to ask her to make the referral to the proper specialist she did not answer my message, did not have any of her staff call me, nor did she return any of my calls. It would have taken her less than two minutes to put in the referral to the proper specialist, instead she did absolutely nothing. After 10 days, someone called to give me the results of my bloodwork and at that time I explained the problem I was having with Dr. Nguyen and her staff and he (a nursing assistant who did not work for Dr. Nguyen, but was helping out) listened to my problem and said he would take care of it, which he did.

Dr Nguyen was thorough when explaining results of my tests and reviewing my meds. She was also interested in my lifestyle, diet, exercise, medical history, etc. I know she had a full schedule of patients but I didn’t feel our visit was rushed. So pleased to have her as my doctor and look forward to many years with her as my primary doctor!

Doctor was friendly but frustrated as prior doctor was not thorough with entering notes in system. As a patient I completely understand but she commented on it which I thought was not needed as that doctor took care of me for 30 plus years. I would suggest that all doctors be prepared since she seemed to come into my first visit unprepared. Again, that could have been because of no notes. I did received documents from prior doctor visits and all had his comments on findings etc. Visit seemed rush.
