Maria Vinegar, NP, treats every patient with compassion and kindness, focusing on education to ensure they fully understand their medical care. She believes in listening first and partnering with patients to create clear, personalized health care plans.

A Laredo, Texas native, NP Vinegar pursued a career in medicine to serve her community and make a meaningful impact as an advanced practice clinician. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Texas A&M International University and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Family practice allows NP Vinegar to care for a diverse population and build long-term patient relationships. Her clinical interests include behavioral health, diabetes and high blood pressure. She lives in San Antonio, and enjoys traveling, watching movies and spending time with family.
