He is very professional. He listens and observes your posture and reads between the lines in regards to your views on what I am experiencing. He makes it easy to his opinion what is best for me and how to proceed with my health. He has a way of acknowledging the pros and cons going on with me at the time of my visit. Most of my concerns are put to rest by listening to what he recommends in order to make me feel better about my health. I really listen and learn because of him my medical condition has improved immensely.

Roy listens to my concerns and is extremely caring about my health, physical and mental. I'm almost [omitted] , Roy appears to be gifted in treating modalities related to geriatric care and addressing my concerns. Roy typically always follows up to simply check on me ,as well. I appreciate the extra care Roy extends to go above and beyond -in my challenges at my age.( And the terrible red tape related to the VA Healthcare issues ,I encounter seeking geriatric War Veteran care. ) Kudos to the clinic for having Roy onboard.

He was extremely rude and overbearing. He belittled me for the medical decisions I made. The medical staff prior to this visit were extremely efficient, knowledgeable and listened to me. Yet always treated me with utmost respect. I was very upset after my visit with this person and almost walked out.

Dr. Malphurs is a great pulmonologist and I am lucky to have found a specialist in this field to help manage my asthma. I also appreciate the fact that he gives me pointers on how to deal with some of my medical issues, and makes suggestions for me to better myself in the process. Thank you for caring for all that you have done. You are the only doctor that has really made a difference in how my health has been improving that way it has. Good doctors are hard to find.

Dr. Malphurs is very professional and his main objective is to provide me with medicines that will help alleviate and minimize pain. He gives me advise on how to relieve stressful situations, and gives me pointers on how to manage and control different scenarios dealing with COPD and Asthma. If he feels that he needs to refer me to another specialist he will do so with no hessitation. I appreciatee everything Dr. Malphurs has done for me since I started seeing him. He has gone beyond anything any of my former doctors have done and then some. Thank You

When I had a problem and had seen an other physician and a cardiologist and had not gotten any reasonable answers from any of them (and had even been in the hospital twice) Roy Malphurs was the only person that decided I had a problem that needed attention. He insisted that I wait in his office until he contacted two other physicians (a lung doctor and a heart doctor} to find out what I needed. I was then sent to a Plano Heart hospital to input my drainage tube. I think he is great.

He was very nice, attentive. I liked seeing him but was disappointed I was not able to see my regular doctor. When I booked the appointment, I thought I was seeing my regular doctor not the PA. I was surprised when Roy walked in.

He's a great guy! We get along well, he's very professional, he knows his 'stuff'! I like the 'ole' Turkey! I've had a problem with hives the past couple months, his treatment of that has produced some relief but he has already provided a salve that works just fine. I have another follow up next month to see how I'm coming along. We'll get there eventually!
