She is afraid to treat patients on her own. She is constantly wanting to refer the patient to other specialties including hospice. She refuses to order even non narcotic pain meds for chronic pain patients in their [omitted] - she is grasping at straws then gets offended when asked to discuss care plans with the patient and is markedly offended at any questions. She even goes as far to say that she is 'THE DOCTOR and SHE WON'T BE QUESTIONED"

I had a barium swallow procedure performed on [omitted]. I called this office numerous times with the response "we haven't received any results. When I had my appointment I told the nurse and she tried to find out what happened. After some wait, Dr. B came in and said the image clinic didn't know who to send the results. She finally obtained the results and relayed them to me. The test was ordered from this office and there was no follow up. I find that totally inacceptable. I also had a chest X-ray which was never mentioned. I am very disappointed with this office.
