Because this doctor was recommended demanded to me by an insurance agent and I’m saying that the knowledge about my condition I never know what the updates gonna be. I never know what the new medicine is. I never know what’s the next step and just no information at all just says do your blood pressure every morning and do your blood sugar and bring it in in the next three months That’s all I’ve gotten.

Doc Prescod is a very professional down to earth doctor, whom truly cares about my health. She is always looking at different ways for me to improve my health. Doc Prescod is what a doc is suppose to be taking the time to let me explain my views and side on matters. In this day and age she is a rare breed in the medical field. She reminds me of Doc Ann Marie Brown one of the best Docs i ever had in my life. I do not feel like i am a cow being herded threw the stock yard with your 10 minutes running. I am telling everyone This office, its staff, and Doc Prescod is the real thing with care after the 5 o'clock shut down if you need it. When you have a doc that truly cares.about your health if awakens something inside you that pushes more of self involvement in your health. Thank you Doc Prescod for all you do. One more thing i am [omitted] and i remember when a member of the family was to sick to get to the office. Their Doc came to their home to treat them. These doc back then had feelings and concern for their patients beyond their job. This is the qualities Doc Prescod has about her patients.

For 6 - 8 weeks and currently. She only had me lower my sodium, and lay with my legs up. Now every medical doctor consider that a major swelling is a symptom of heart failure. She did a cat scan 3 years ago showed cardiac arterial build up. But she never considered that. In fact, she wouldn't see me for first 5 weeks. I was seen the RN. Also, I don't like your position on giving real medicine for pain. I came in with a huge hematoma and was bruised badly, and covered my arm. She gave me Tylenol 3, 1 every 12 hours. The orthopedic specialist gave me the medication that I needed. All in all she is a good Doctor until the past 3 or 4 months.

*Dr. Prescod refuses to refer me to a neurologist, despite my documented neurological condition. For a YEAR now I have been asking. (Because) I'm on SSDI I HAVE to have periodic follow-ups & MRI's every 3-5 yrs.) Two separate times I dropped my entire medical file off to be reviewed. I was initially told that they couldn't reach my old dr. and didn't have the appropriate form signed by me. Then that they lost my file. Finally I was told that *Dr. Prescod thought SHE should be the dr. to treat me/order the MRI, and that she didn't think it was necessary. She also mentioned sending me to pain management. I DON'T NEED PAIN MANAGEMENT. I need to know if my cerebellar tonsils have descended any further onto my spinal cord! I've been increasingly dizzy because my seasonal allergies exacerbate my condition. Repeatedly, *Dr. Prescod has prescribed me unnecessary mediation, WHEN I NEED TO BE TREATED BY A NEUROLOGIST! (Migraines.) *Dr. Prescod is NOT God. She is NOT going to be able to treat or medication every medical problem. She needs to be told so, before she kills someone!
