I had a visit regarding my right ear hurting for about a week or so. Went there to see if I could get Ear Drops to help. They done a Strept throat culture that came back negative, too early for results. She didn’t help and was very disappointed in my visit which I shouldn’t have went if I knew that. My ear still bothers me. I’ll go to the ER if it gets worse. To me it felt like she wasn’t concerned or didn’t know what she was doing so she didn’t do anything. I was very upset she didn’t help me which she did provide an antibiotic for (5) days.

Katricia listened to my questions, I I had a concern with a rash in my growing up area She immediately ordered me cream that has tremendously helped me I was supposed to get me an appointment for a colonoscopy but still have not yet Received any type of phone call

It took a couple visits for me to get comfortable seeing Katricia, but after seeing that she is very concerned about my wellbeing and my health care, I have found her to be the Best qualified P.A. that I could have hoped for, she is Extremely Concerned about my health and leaves me feeling like I’m her only Patient when I’m in the office. She has a Very kind heart and her attitude is Amazing, I hope to have her as my Doctor (P.A.) for as long as I am still here on earth. She goes over my chart with me and leaves nothing to chance when it comes to my health. She is Extremely; Professional, Caring, Compassionate, Concerned, and she doesn’t hesitate to send me to other specialists when she feels the need for me to be seen or feels that I have the need for additional test. She is Most Definitely the Greatest!!!!

Nurse Practitioner Katricia S Presas, MSN,APRN, FNP-C. It would be a good idea if she could have a better “bed-side-manner with patients. Listen more to what the patient is attempting to explain to her. Explain more thoroughly lab work readings. The staff need to send lab work to other Dr offices that need shared information if that other Dr office does not have a the most curren inforayion

Some miscommunication on whether this was a followup or yearly physical. So had a lot of questions on 2 conditions, medications etc. She apparently was short on time and she wasn't expecting in depth discussion on how to improve. While Katricia has excellent skills and impressed me from day 1, In some cases of long history with the doctor on staff, perhaps it would help to spend more time with physician who is aware of complete history. Thanks.

She needs to respect people feelings and so does the head doctors in charge there when patient say something on how they feel and try to be nice and not be rude to no one doctors avoid the patients feelings make them feel belittled or avoid what the patients feelings and say they don't have time they are busy I understand they are busy then why ask how the the person feels if they are going act rude.good doctors listen even if it's a short visit or not.u do your job because u love it and want help people out not just go there for a pay check and look pretty and avoid patient when they need help or ask for it this includes all workers and staff and doctors before in the office.they had a few good doctors and staff before they moved there practice or retired even some now are good and I'm not blaming no one either ok.givevme credit for sticking up for doctors because they do a lot and do there best to to help out others in God hands but don't need no stuck person who makes u feel bad because your different or try to fix them selves by trying be comfortable enough to live on earth pain or no pain that's what the medical field is for to make patients to feel comfortable enough to live long enough not over Medicare patients or make some one feel bad because they got questions to ask but make u feel like your not allowed to ask and not give give doctors accuse for work and then say call your insurance about that then lie because of I forgot or this office doesn't fo that.ni office is supposed to denie a doctor's excuse for work and say to wait out side or call you a sugar coater or liar when you tell the true and dont want believe you when you tell them other doctors tell you to stick up for yourself then donr believe it just because you defend yourself.everyone needs an attitude adjustment fast and soon.stop being rude.everyone important even if questions are dump or not .I think some staff members are very kind to but some just get paid do nothing when you force to work they seems not to like it.i call for meds some help me some forget to call the pharmacy and I don't like calling in to much not forget to call it answer the pharmacy and get up set with for there mistakes they made even when you remind to stop it i know we are human but if the patients make a mistake we get talked about there by other staff or put down.some need professional person not get up set when your trying to imprivse with them to work things out.doesnt matter who right or wrong just get along do job.no one perfect.if wasn't for the us they wint have jobs.tell the patients to do organic stuff not just shove meds al the time on some one and use as needed if needed.dont make us feel like we cant force hel either.good doctors are human to but if u dont know your job ir dont want to work get a another doctor to help u out its k but if u cant then let some else takeover .other than that please correct all well meds.some are good but slack off people are afraid to speak up because
