Unprepared, robotic, no compassion, and clueless as to what she was looking at as it was a mandatory visit after ER visit combined with my regular month follow-up. I have never seen her before and made sure the staff at the desk know I will NEVER see her again. I need continuity of care and to be able to see one NP. Staff turn over abd PTO of all at one time have resulted in video calls (in clinic with NPs elsewhere) abd when seeing a live person I think I am going to get to stay with one and then they are hone permanently. She was able to say your incision looks clean and dry! Yeah! I knew that I am not an idiot otherwise she didn't know what she was looking at. In addition, 1st time seeing her she wants to call me Mrs. Just per your protocol. My husband is deceased and I have greatly struggled with grief (add sevete depressionand anxiety). I requested and explained to please call me [omitted]but she couldn't wrap her head around that. She couldn't figure out my labs or meds at the time and said a nurse or tech would follow uo with me. Thankfully they did but it was a mess. Miss Blair is not acceptable on any level. I have managed large Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Clinics and I am well versed in assessing clinical skills and needed compassion.

Not very personable. Talked down to me like I don't know anything about my own health. Gave canned information without being knowledgeable about my specific health conditions. Told me my health was bad, specifically my CKD, without offering any help or solutions. Treated me like I was stupid when I refused to take statins. I will not be seeing her again. After a consultation with my kidney specialist, I was informed my condition was not that serious, and was probably due to recent sinus infection. I was given information on how to improve on my numbers and my kidney specialist will keep close monitoring on my numbers. Something that was not offered at my appointment with Wellmed.

I felt like she did not hear my concerns. She did not exam my body until I asked. She was not able to notice a difference from my right and left side. I had a bulge on my right side that was very painful.

I had a visit regarding my right ear hurting for about a week or so. Went there to see if I could get Ear Drops to help. They done a Strept throat culture that came back negative, too early for results. She didn’t help and was very disappointed in my visit which I shouldn’t have went if I knew that. My ear still bothers me. I’ll go to the ER if it gets worse. To me it felt like she wasn’t concerned or didn’t know what she was doing so she didn’t do anything. I was very upset she didn’t help me which she did provide an antibiotic for (5) days.

It took a couple visits for me to get comfortable seeing Katricia, but after seeing that she is very concerned about my wellbeing and my health care, I have found her to be the Best qualified P.A. that I could have hoped for, she is Extremely Concerned about my health and leaves me feeling like I’m her only Patient when I’m in the office. She has a Very kind heart and her attitude is Amazing, I hope to have her as my Doctor (P.A.) for as long as I am still here on earth. She goes over my chart with me and leaves nothing to chance when it comes to my health. She is Extremely; Professional, Caring, Compassionate, Concerned, and she doesn’t hesitate to send me to other specialists when she feels the need for me to be seen or feels that I have the need for additional test. She is Most Definitely the Greatest!!!!

Nurse Practitioner Katricia S Presas, MSN,APRN, FNP-C. It would be a good idea if she could have a better “bed-side-manner with patients. Listen more to what the patient is attempting to explain to her. Explain more thoroughly lab work readings. The staff need to send lab work to other Dr offices that need shared information if that other Dr office does not have a the most curren inforayion

Some miscommunication on whether this was a followup or yearly physical. So had a lot of questions on 2 conditions, medications etc. She apparently was short on time and she wasn't expecting in depth discussion on how to improve. While Katricia has excellent skills and impressed me from day 1, In some cases of long history with the doctor on staff, perhaps it would help to spend more time with physician who is aware of complete history. Thanks.
