I called her on three consecutive days with a question. She did not respond at all. I was feeling very sick. I think my cold lingered on and I developed a cough due to her negligence.

She prescribed meds that weren't safe or appropriate considering my medical conditions . Especially a pain med which after reading about possible side affects I have never taken it. Also, no discussion or warnings about the blood sugar medication.

I didn't feel that she listened to me. She seemed to have decided what was wrong based on the student's information before she ever even looked at me. I also didn't like the feeling of her seeming to 'upsell' me on other things rather than addressing my symptoms.

Representative hardly spoke to me regarding my illness didn’t ask many questions like the nurse did, nor was she interested in hearing what I had to say.also sent my prescription to my mail in pharmacy after she said it would be sent locally. This caused the prescription to be delayed by almost 3 weeks. I called to have this rerouted and received no response. I then caught Covid and had to do a virtual session with Dr Yoo which gave me more answers and medication to help me with Covid symptoms. Thank you Dr. Yoo.

Takes time to listen, asks questions and gave me a referral for MRI, in addition, goes through a list of questions, she is a good provider, and was the only one to help me, when I didn't have insurance and was out of my meds. During that time I was was paying out-of-pocket. Too bad this facility is further away than USMD, but, will be back....
