She was so sweet & caring when asking me questions about my wellness...she took time in answering any questions I had...when she found out that I was having surgery and needed labs as soon as possible, she asked the receptionist to make room for me within the hour...how special I felt

Looks at labs done on last visit 3-6 months ago rather than doing labs and having results on the current visit. Saying she know doctors that you got a referral to when she doesn't. Concentrating on labs rather than on problem list (overlooks physical finding, other referring doctors reports and detrimental affect caused by you medical problems.)

I was used to having a doctor that had 1 or 2 people only. Here there is a check in person in the lobby, next someone to weight you, someone to take blood pressure and ask questions, the doctor visit then someone to bring you paperwork (which takes too long) then someone to walk you out. Too many people.

She seems to be a good doctor. She handles things right with my medications and such. Thank God, my problems with diabetes and kidney disease are able to be handled easily with medication and me refraining from drinking and eating the wrong stuff. Dr. Duke Saenz seems to be very supportive of that. Perfect for me would be being 30 again.

As a woman, especially an overweight one, it can be really difficult to be taken seriously on different issues. Dr Saenz was so helpful. She really listened to what was going on and showed a genuine concern and to help. Extremely grateful for that
