I followed him from his last practice to the new one because I do not believe I could find a better primary care doctor. It is a long drive to the new practice and very worth the drive. Dr. Guevara has given excellent care, follow up labs, tests outside of his office. Very concerned with me as a person, not just a patient. My fiance passed away suddenly in [omitted] (he wasn't his patient). He called me illegible week for a couple months to see how I was doing (during COVID). I was hospitalized [omitted] out of state, [omitted], then here in Florida for seven months plus emergency room visits, observation stays. He had all my records, was up to date on everything. I have an ileostomy and he has helped me with dehydration IVs at home, multiple issues related. I have relocated to continue to him as my doctor since he moved from [omitted] to Orlando. In process of planning revision of ileostomy. He has been working with my surgeon and I am waiting for surgery date as Dr. G. giving me multiple tests as needed for medical clearance. He's the best.
