Benjamin Mendez, MD

Benjamin Mendez, MD, is a family medicine physician who treats patients with a variety of acute and chronic conditions, including high blood pressure, depression, migraines and more. He received his medical degree from The University of Texas Medical Branch.

His passion for helping others inspired him to pursue a career in family medicine. Dr. Mendez believes that primary care is the foundation of good health, and he strives to develop long-lasting relationships with his patients.

Dr. Mendez carefully listens to his patient's needs during each interaction. He educates his patients on their conditions and supports them in making the best healthcare decisions. After each appointment, patients leave with ample resources to help them improve their health.

Born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley, Dr. Mendez now lives in Dallas with his wife. In his free time, he enjoys fly fishing, camping, traveling and practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
