Unlike the actual doctor I experienced on my very first visit, Gayle Smith was extremely competent and knowledgeable about proper procedures for the basics of checking blood pressure and interviewing for any troubles that I might be inadvertently creating. She gave me the feeling that she truly cared about test outcomes and other possible things concerning my diet and medicinal therapies.

1st meeting with her after she arrived. There has been a revolving door of people in her position, so you never knew who you were going to see. She spent the time we needed to address my health issues and listen to my concerns about my health and this office. If she leaves anytime soon, I will find a different office to go for my care.

Because UNLIKE the previous nurse and DOCTOR, she was helpful, aware of how to properly take a client's blood pressure, and fairly accurate with the results. I got a rude response from the previous nurse and the doctor argued about the proper way to get an accurate blood pressure reading. She CLEARLY doesn't comply with many of the established medical systems recommendations these days. I almost changed locations, but this last time things went very smoothly. Different staff members.
