I was called asking about my experience and I reliad that I was prescribed a cream medication that was 98 dollars when I got to the pharmacy the person there said there was an oniment that was the same that was covered by my insurance the caller explained that she would go over with Erica the issue and get back to me still waiting for that call

She is friendly and knowledgeable but she told me she was sending for all my medication thru mail order but when I didn't receive anything in two weeks, I had to call in. Was told nurse would call me but no one called. I don't think it was Dr's fault but not sure who is responsible for this.
