Biography

Ms. Martha Pena, APRN, ensures every patient is heard and understood. She enjoys forming long-lasting relationships and connections with her patients. She specializes in working with geriatric patients.

Ms. Pena, APRN, is passionate about helping others improve their health. Her caring attitude and drive to help others inspired her to enter the health care field. As a teenager, she frequently cared for her grandmother, which formed her love of working with older people. Ms. Pena, APRN, has a special passion for helping her patients manage diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and COPD.

Ms. Pena, APRN, earned her graduate degree from the University of South Florida. She is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Ms. Pena, APRN, grew up in Ontario, Canada, but resides in Tampa, Florida today. She enjoys spending time with her kids, doing puzzles, reading and hanging out with her dog. She also enjoys spending time in her lanai. She has two children — a son and a daughter.
