Biography

The reason I pursued medicine is the same reason I love being a doctor; I appreciate being able to build relationships with patients and their families.
I earned my Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience at the University of Texas at Dallas. I then obtained my medical degree at The University of Texas School of Medicine at San Antonio before completing my residency training at Methodist Charlton Family Medicine Residency Program in Dallas. During that time, I completed my certification in integrative medicine through The University of Arizona.
I chose to specialize in family medicine because I want to be accessible to patients of all ages. Family Medicine allows me to treat a variety of conditions. It's a privilege to grow with my patients and their families and help guide them through each milestone in their lives.
My approach to patient care is to create a partnership. I believe that the forefront of medicine is individualized care tailored to each patient's unique needs. My training in integrative medicine allows me to supplement conventional medicine with well-studied therapies and to treat the body as a whole.
Growing up in Dallas, I'm excited that I now get to serve the DFW Metroplex. In my free time, I love spending time with friends and family, traveling, enjoying the outdoors, and practicing yoga.
