She is an extraordinarily gifted internist. She is attentive to details as well as greatly proficient at understanding the big picture. I could not ask for a better doctor. It is unfortunate that the administration that supports her is WellMed. WellMed is horrendously lacking in its communication with me. With no ability to contact WellMed, it makes me suspicious of the integrity and honesty of the organization.

I've been seeing the same doctor for years, but I feel like with every visit, there's a misunderstanding with either her or her staff. Her office claims that they do not do papsmears and physical exams on the same visit. I’ve been to other doctors, and this was never the case. It’s inconvenient to take time off on multiple days for this. I had four different people (including the doctor) confirm if I was there for just a papsmear or both a papsmear and physical. It seems like they’re either not keeping up-to-date information on their computers or they’re not checking; this leaves a lot of room for mistakes to happen. Then the doctor wanted me to return to do bloodwork; again, I feel like this should’ve been completed on the same visit. My recent labs were never uploaded to my patient portal and the doctor’s office said I can stop by so they can print it out. I don’t understand why all my prior labs are in my portal and my recent ones need to be printed. The office just seems disorganized and poorly managed. I am looking to switch providers.

Dr. Adya: During my last visit with this Dr. she did not treat me with dignity and respect. I was experiencing dizziness and she prescribed me a medication that I could of purchased over the counter but she instead sent it electronically to the pharmacy and they informed me that it was OTC. I continued to feel dizzy and ill while driving to work and taking care of everyday necessities. She failed me as a DR!!!! She has high ratings which I question the validity??? I will never ever recommend her to my colleagues, friend's or family!!!!
