Insurance has denied drug coverage. 3 days later I have no response as to why or what I should do to obtain the drug the doctor prescribed.

She demonstrated caring bedside manners. Reviewed my medication against my current situation/complaints. Took my blood pressure herself the second time to double check the first result. She made me feel comfortable. I look forward to continuing being her patient.

She had reviewed most recent test results and highlighted quickly the non-standard ones. Next steps depended on most recent test results, which were not available during the meeting. She was pleasant and friendly and spoke clearly and slowly to me, apparently in light of my age (86), although that wasn't necessary.
