She’s been pretty sufficient and helping me and answering questions. I guess my only issue is I had called up there to get my prescriptions back to 90 days instead of 30 days and I guess there was miscommunication by the time I got to her and I’ve never met the physician up there only speak with Courtney, which is fine, but that’s about it. If I could I give her a ten plus. She's always nice and polite and treat you like a person and not a number . She always keeps up with what you got going on with.Other doctors besides her and make sure you get scheduled in for your next appointments.And treat you like a person. I couldn't ask for a better doctor than her . Keeps up with your schedule, your medications. What's going on your aches and pains? Give you medical if you need to see a specialist for serious issues as well. You just need to give her a pay raise ! !

Courtney is pleasant. She tries. But she quickly rejects anything that helps me if there is a chance of dependence on the med. she can’t ok pain medication without the doctor ok. And she isn’t on top of my medication and has chastised me that I need to seek pain management doctors. I’m self pay and can’t just pop into other doctors because she is afraid to treat me. Plus she did not refill a script because she said she filled it. When I tried to explain the pharmacy had no record her assistant called and told me I had all the medication that I needed. She wouldn’t help me with any referrals because since I’m self pay I can find my own. Maybe I’m used to better quality of care and this is what is the norm. It just isn’t fun

Neither she nor the doctor gave me information that I should have had when I first scheduled an appointment. I don't know what to do if I need to be seen sooner than in 10 days. Go to an emergency room? Go to a different clinic? It was difficult to get prescriptions refilled, I didn't like her attitude. I have changed PCP because I gave WellMed 4 months and issues were not resolved.
