He’s not very caring. He just wants to get in and out as fast as possible. He didn’t even bother to look at my blood work before my visit. Claimed my glucose was high when it was 70. Said my BP was high when it was 120/86. Definitely miss Drs Joel Maust and Jobe James.

I went to see Dr. Lam for the first time on [omitted]. He diagnosed me with a sinus infection, so prescribed an antibiotic. He did not do a COVID test. I started feeling worse each day with all the symptoms of COVID, so I decided to go to another facility to get a COVID test. My husband starting having the same symptoms 5 days after I went to see Dr. Lam. We both had the test done at the other facility and both were positive for COVID. I have the receipts from this facility to prove that we both tested positive. We both had a tough time with awful lingering side effects, as I am [omitted] and my husband is [omitted]. We are both finally starting to feel a little better. If Dr. Lam would have done a COVID test, I could have gotten a prescription for Paxlovid to make symptoms less severe, plus my husband would probably not have gotten COVID. Dr. Lam told me that my sinus infection was not contagious, and my husband would not get it. His nurse told me that I might need a COVID and Flu test, but Dr. Lam didn't do it. We were sad to see Dr. Joby James leave this location. He was the best PCP doctor we ever had, the best of the best!! Now, we will need to search again for a new doctor, as we will not go back to Dr. Lam ever again.
