Marina Crayton, PA, approaches patient care with empathy, active listening and clear communication. Her goal is to create a supportive environment where her patients feel heard, understood and confident about their care plans.

PA Crayton specializes in family medicine, providing comprehensive care across all age groups and treating a variety of medical conditions. Her compassion for helping others inspired her to pursue a career in medicine. Allergies, geriatrics, hypertension, high cholesterol and preventive care are some of her many clinical interests and passions.

PA Crayton’s favorite aspect of being a physician assistant is educating patients about their health and medical conditions. She lives in San Antonio, Texas, with her husband of more than 40 years, with whom she has two sons. Reading her Bible, attending church and spending quality time with her large family are her favorite activities.
