I’m very satisfied with Dr Dunn’s direct manner and explanations; however, not too happy that Dr Dunn will no longer be at the faculty in Sinton, TX. I left my previous provider because of travel distance and now my doctor is moving/transferring to a facility at a travel distance from my home. Will miss his friendly manner but at [omitted] I don’t relish driving the freeway.

TeleMed screen blank, doc not prepared with his equipment. Did not completely review my history. Diagnosis incorrect x 2. Did not send surgical clearance document to surgeon. Did not send visit notes nor recent labs to patient as agreed.

He never has my records in front of him. He does not give me test results. When I tell him about apnea problems he tells me he has same problem and gives no suggestions as to how to take care of it. I told him how I was handling it This was supposed to be my yearly physical and he never listened to my heart or lungs or checked my ears. This visit was not a physical. The only thing accomplished was he has ordered a new rolator for me. I’m still waiting for insurance approval. I’m also still waiting on him to sign off on my blood test results so I can get the results Also his nurse who did my initial work up was difficult to understand. She spoke so fast I had to ask her to speak slower.

He talked directly to the boys. If it was a question they could not answer he would talk to me as representative. Was quick clear and to the point.
