She doesn’t respond to my concerns with regard to the side effects of statins and doesn’t discuss healthy alternatives to reducing cholesterol. I had to ask for a calcium score when I feel this is something that should have been suggested. I don’t like pill pushers I want more details as to what is the root cause and best natural way to cure the issue

I left the WellMed facility because it was too far away I was with dr. Trammell for 20 years and coming to this WellMed everybody treated me very kind. it was a pleasant experience.Pamela Lacarte was especially helpful I could talk to her I feel about anything.

She is not friendly, clearly does not read her charts prior to coming into the room and does nothing to explain policies to patients so they are not caught off guard with things like a drug screening. She told me that it was a DEA regulation, but it is not. She treated my husband so poorly that he left.

PA Pamela Lancarte is intergalactic. She is thorough and has the world’s best referral network. She is never rushed. And not slow, either. Always just right. I required an MRI and x-rays on my knee. Thanks to her quick referral, I got the appointment in a couple of days. The results were, sadly, not happy news. Still, her empathetic response, and clarification of next steps have softened the journey. Simply, she is a kind and compassionate person. Dr. Jahan’s office and WellMed do their absolute best to be timely. It’s always the people – I call them my Earth (Efficient and Rare Team Heroes) Angels that make the difference. Effervescent Shelly is welcoming and sets the stage with medical records review and vitals. At check-in, there are the amazing Z, Kristan and Keturah ready to greet me and quickly check my insurance. Youlanda is personable, engaging, and has the best personality ever. It’s attitude – they make me feel welcome (maybe it’s Welcome-Med). And at checkout, they scheduled my next follow-up. Everyone at WellMed does great things. And I am grateful.
