Biography

Manuel Palafox, DO, is an internal medicine specialist. Dr. Palafox values connecting with patients and listening closely to their concerns. He treats each patient the way he would want health care professionals to treat his own family.

Dr. Palafox was inspired to study medicine after taking pre-pharmacy courses. He enjoyed working in a pharmacy but wanted more opportunities to work directly with patients. In primary care, he can build relationships with patients and work together to solve their medical problems.

Dr. Palafox completed medical school at the University of North Texas Health Sciences Center in Fort Worth. He did his residency at Plaza Medical Center of Fort Worth, where he was certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Palafox was born in California but raised in El Paso, Texas. When he isn’t working, he enjoys reading, spending time with his family and playing sports with his son.
