I had to make several calls to obtain a new prescription order for generic Levothyroxine. I do not need nor want Tirosint. Walgreens receiving an incorrect order for my new Levothyroxine dose. I am still waiting and have only 6 day’s supply of medication on hand.

I felt like he did not look at my history or explain a new medication. One of the medications was sent in a way that could not be filled. I and the pharmacy made contact with the office 3 hours before closing. No response. It was Saturday, so had to wait until Monday. Still took days to get it.
