Didn’t want to take the time to listen to me, questioned everything, if she read my chart maybe she could see that I have a weakened immune system from beta thalassemia and that I’m on meds that decrease my immune system, so I am susceptible to common colds, but I have no idea why they also turn into sinus infections. And when we did a CT 5 years ago, nothing was found. Suggesting a rhinoplasty shouldn’t be the first course of action.

Mona really cares about her patience. She never rushes and listens to everything. You want to tell her about medical and also personal things she is truly. Caring and that means everything to me. When I had my stroke, she was not even scheduled to see me, but when she saw that I my name was on the sheet. She rushed in the room to see me that means so much to me.

I am staying nuetral. I do not know her personally just met the one time. the OTC advice did not work and i got a shot from urgent care after i tried calling back in 2 days. She was super busy. Totally get it. But i dont need drama in my life. I have learned to speak up for my needs if a hypothesis needs to be adjusted and some clinics can not handle that. So,, no my relationship with Monaben is neutral i dont know her and cant comment on her work. I just know about 1 time when i met her.

Rude and too forward on assumptions and getting personal information on how my parents passed. Made my daughter feel uncomfortable. Quickly assumed I wasn’t feeding my daughter just because she doesn’t care to snack or eat often. Spoke on sexual terms I didn’t we both didn’t feel comfortable hearing about.

She didn’t get back to me on my X-ray results even after I called twice about not understanding them. Finally They had somebody else call me who just READ what the results said. I never got a satisfactory explanation of the results or what my options were except they suggested therapy.

I had an upcoming surgery. My doctor Dr. Jones was unavailable I was offered.PA Patel . I required a clearance letter so I could proceed with my surgery . She took my concern very seriously gave me my check up and I received my letter , in time for my surgery . She was thorough in her exam.. and the fact that I was able to get in on such short notice.
