My follow-up visits with Brittany to discuss my lab results are always friendly and professional. She points out what I have to work on to get my health back on track. She is a good listener and answers any questions I may have. She offers suggestions on which exercises I can do to alleviate my back pain and improve my core strength. I told her how disappointed I was with North Star Diagnostic Imaging @ 6101 W. Plano Pkwy, Suite 150, Plano, TX 75093. After getting a Cardiac Calcium Scoring test on [omitted] I called their office 3 different times to make sure my test results were sent to WellMed. I never received a callback or they wouldn’t answer the phone. On [omitted], the day of my appointment with Brittany, my results still had not been received! Brittany immediately got right on it by phone, and she was finally able to receive my test results, 2 months later!

Brittany was very receptive and listened thoroughly to my concerns, explained next steps and recommendations for further testing and treatment clearly. My only concerns are that she did not follow through with contacting me when my labs were back - it took me prompting by phone and then messaging through the portal to get feedback, and the prescription that was supposed to be called in to my pharmacy a week ago has not been called in yet. I do know this is unusual and out of the norm for her as I was referred by other patients who have been with her long term, so I have been patient, but it is a bit frustrating as a new patient to not receive the follow through you were told you could expect.

Mine was an annual well visit. She was personable, easy to talk to, did all she was supposed to do, answered any questions I had. Only complaint...I waited nearly 45 min. for her to come into the exam room. Seems she was on a conference call with the hositpal...only no one bothered to tell me that...or that she wouldn't be in 'shortly' as we're normally told. VERY disappointed in this lack of communication between her staff and me, as I sat in the exam room twiddling my thumbs, wondering where she was and why noone bothered to tell me where she was and why she was sooo late getting to my appt.. Very unprofessional behavior all around!

I would recommend Brittany in a second. She is wonderful. She’s thorough she’s kind and understanding, she’s helpful and she gives you the time you need, it’s just so difficult to get our calls and concerns answered, or a call back. Brittany put me on anabiotic [omitted], and said that she would get back with me [omitted] if it was the right medication for me to take depending on the outcome of my Urine test. I never got a call back at all.

Brittany Epstein Pa-C possesses an incredible amount of health and medical knowledge. At one point, due to my own personal mistakes, I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic. Then I was fortunate to come under the care and guidance of Brittany Epstein Pa-C. As a result of her prescribed dietary guidelines and physical fitness program, I was successful in achieving a personal weight reduction of 95 lbs. and along with the correct blood pressure medication & statin she prescribed, I am no longer in any danger of becoming diabetic!!! For that alone, I cannot thank Brittany Epstein enough! Furthermore, I feel great!!! I will experience my [omitted] this year and I am really looking forward to it! Basically I can conclude by saying that Brittany Epstein Pa-C is truly dedicated to providing the highest level of healthcare to her patients. Brittany definitely puts the "care" in Healthcare!

All around excellent performance and character. She shows great interest and confidence in her diagnosis. During this visit, she worked at getting the swelling of my legs under control while coordinating the approach with a cardiologist , recommending testing procedures and changes to medications. An 80 %reduction of swelling has taken place and I fully expect further improvement.
