Explains everything.. Doesn't rush you in and out.. Known him for over 20 years.. Took all of my family and friends to see him... Always let's you know about test results and what to do to help...Other Drs. I HAD TO SEE IN THE PAST BECAUSE HE DIDN'T EXCEPT MY INSURANCE AT THE TIME..RUSHED ME IN AND OUT..NEVER EVER EXPLAINED BLOOD TESTS TO ME...I just think Dr. Polsky is excellent...

It's a long story. The reason I was there on my last visit was because my blood pressure was reading 200 over 97 and thereabouts for the past week! The nurses were very concerned. The doctor didn't even raise my Losartan pressure medicine. I went days and he called me about something else. I kind of admonished him saying that[omitted] woman with a pressure of 200 for even a day was too high and I could have had a stroke / heart attack. This was the last resort. I've changed doctors within Optum and I will try her and see how that goes. I'm afraid doctor plus he has gone downhill his memory is certainly not what it was.

I would need a notebook to tell you why I would recommend Dr Polsky. He is very patient and not an alarmist. He Is caring and very knowledgeable. He gives you a very clear picture of whatever your health issue is and even more incredible, he actually picks up the phone and calls you personally. I have been coming to his office for quite a number of years and have always felt far more at ease when I leave because if I need a treatment plan, we have worked it out together. I leave understanding everything as I move forward. In my opinion, he is very rare indeed both as an individual and as a physician. I have recommended him to others and they left feeling very much the same.

There are not enough words for me to describe why I would recommend Doctor Polsky. Firstly, he's not an alarmist and he listens, which for me is the most important aspect in a doctor/ patient relationship. He's usually right on target and recommends holistic solutions in many instances. For me who is a person who strives to stay healthy without medication, that is a blessing. However, he does provide medication when that is the solution to the problem. I find him very understanding and caring. What more could I want in a physician?

Sorry to say he seems to be forgetful and not up to date with new medications. I think it's time for retirement. I like him very much he listens. He likes things done the old way, blames most of my ailments or anything I complain about blame it on my age.

We have a very good relationship. I've been seeing him for around 12 years. He's very understanding and caring. I worry a little, when things I brought up that's a problem to me, he will say it's your age or [omitted] or that is what happens at [omitted]. I'm sure that 80% of the time that's true! But some others I'm not so sure. or unless I ask for something specific like a prescription for something that might help he will try and help.

If it wasn’t for Dr Polsky, I’d probably still be screaming in pain. The hospital refused to believe there was anything really wrong with me. But when Dr Polsky studied the results of the nuclear test, it was very clear. He said that I had compression fractures and I needed kyphoplasty surgery. Where is the hospital doctor as well as dr Polsky‘s associate doctor Milocia did not believe anything was wrong, and just because of my age ignored it I was months and months in pain until Dr Polsky saw the scans and immediately admitted me to Coral Springs hospital for kyphoplasty. It literally has changed my life. I am back to driving going to church being as social as possible, all thanks to him.

Dr. F. Polsky has been my MD for over 20 years and that in and of itself says a lot. He has always gone above and beyond the " basic standards of care". He is a compassionate and extremely competent MD who not only exams but LISTENS to his patients! However, I must mention a Dr. Ericka Stokes who I had NEVER met before and was covering for Dr. Polsky just last week, when I was in need of care. I called on a Monday and had still not been feeling well. She returned my call that afternoon (after of course reviewing my records) placed me on an antibiotic for a sinus infection with the understanding that I was to meet her 2 days later in the office. I have nothing but the best to say about this MD! She is not only caring and truly listens but her follow up with labs, recommendations and her warm and compassionate nature is comforting. I feel I have the BEST of care when I go To Optum! I must also mention nurse Amanda and Lynette the administrator, for their follow up as well. Everyone there works together as a TEAM!!! BEST CARE EVER.

He asked the stadd to request my records over 3 weeks ago yet the staff said they haven't not received it when I called then told me that Dr. Polsky is not in that office...he is in Margate and she refused to give the Margate office. She Sounded very unconcerned. If not for Dr. Polsky I will not go to Optum.
