Biography

I always knew I wanted to be a doctor because of the intellectual challenges that practicing medicine provides. Although, my favorite part of the job is spending time getting to know my patients so that I can help them find a path of healing.
Before claiming Texas as my home, I was born and raised in Wisconsin. I even attended medical school at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. During my time at MCW I had the opportunity to learn from some of the most inspiring teachers who were smart, kind and compassionate. They showed me what it means to be a doctor and they're a large part of the reason why I chose to specialize in internal medicine.
My approach to patient care is that care is a partnership. As a doctor, I promise to help with what I can but ultimately patients have to take control of their health by doing their part to stay healthy. I do my best to educate patients and show them what it means to be healthy.
Currently, I live in Fort Worth. In my free time, I enjoy running, cycling, traveling, knitting and reading.
