I love Dr. Dabelic, but I had a heck of time getting in touch with her to okay an old prescription from another doctor that I was running low on (three calls, two weeks) . But I will say that was not the case with my last request and I got my antibiotics in plenty of time to knock down a suborn earache. The problem the first time seems to be the initial communication between Wellmeds that took the call and Dr. Dabelic herself. Once she got my message, things went fine.

No discussion or commentary on test results. The follow-up question I have asked via the WellMed portal has gone unanswered. On a different subject, a test kit was ordered to arrive at my home and has never arrived. No questions about it, no follow-up about it, I'll just wait until my next appointment I suppose. Just a general feeling that I was / am a number, that's all.

She never responds to my pharmacy when they request refills. They try 2 or 3 times and then contact me to call and have her send refills. This can sometimes take up to a week to do. Also I am never contacted about test results. I never hear anything and then all of a sudden I have a prescription to pick up.

I am so glad I found Dr. Dabelic. She is very caring, knowledgeable, courteous and listens to me about my issues and always explains treatment options clearly. She gives referrals when needed in a timely fashion, refills and any extra information needed by my pharmacy. She is very efficient with all that she has to do and so is her staff. Very happy with my care.
